Update on Clinic Operations during the COVID-19 Pandemic
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we would like to assure all pawrents that both of our clinics will remain open. It is only with the combined efforts of surveillance/disease control measures from the authorities, and considerate compliance of the general public, that the country has been able to see a stabilization of the case loads. We will continue to adhere to Phase 2 guidelines from the government until we have been advised otherwise, and urge all clients to continue to be considerate and understanding with adhering to these safety measures.
Appointments only
We are pleased to announce that all appointment types (urgent care, routine checks, vaccinations, dentals, and all surgeries) can now be attended to at our clinic. However, in order for us to continue to ensure safe distancing, kindly note that we are unable to take walk-ins, and appointments must be made.
Full Telemedicine services available (video consult from home)
Brighton Vet Care is also pleased to announce that we are equipped to provide full telemedicine services. This means that you and your furkid can now opt for a full video consultation ($30) from the comfort of your own home. If the veterinarian assess that your pet requires further diagnostics, you will be advised to bring your pet down for the physical examination and tests, and the $30 will be waived off from the standard consultation charges.
Safe distancing measures at the clinic (one human per pet)
As per AVS guidelines during Phase 2 measures, we have resumed face-to-face consultations with one human permitted per patient entering the clinic. This is to minimize over-crowding of our consultation rooms and waiting area.
We strongly discourage clients from bringing children, the elderly or unwell family members along for your pet's consultation as they will have to wait else where while your pet has its appointment in the clinic.
We apologise in advance for any inconveniences caused and seek for your understanding. We hope that the safety measures implemented will help to keep the community safe.
